Today our Grandson # 1 is celebrating his birthday.
We had such a good
time celebrating his birthday yesterday with family and friends at
Crystal Bridges! When we made our trek to Tulsa in the middle of the
night thirty years ago, hoping to get there before he arrived, it was
snowy and icy with snow coming down all the way and about 8 inches on
the ground when we left here. Glad for the Jeep Cherokee and not much
traffic in those wee hours of the morning. He made his way into this
world just before we got to Tulsa. The excitement we felt seeing him
for the first time is something I will never forget ! We are so proud
of the fine Christian young man he has become.
