You are frantically getting ready for Christmas. You're rushing around with your last minute shopping, baking, addressing cards and a million other things that seem important on this special holiday.
Ring........Ring.........
"Hello?
"This is Jesus. I'm planning a visit to your hometown and would like to spend Christmas day with your family. Don't plan anything special; just your normal family Christmas. I'll see you on Friday."
Suppose you got this call..........suppose Jesus wanted to spend Christmas with your family. Would there be things you would change? Would you frantically dig out your nativity scene you failed to put up this year? Would you lay the family bible out in plain sight with the Christmas story in Luke carefully marked? Would your gifts be different? What kind of gift would you give Him?
We tend to forget that although we can't physically see Jesus, He is with us always in the form of the Holy Spirit that lives in the hearts of every believer.
