What is the first thing we give up when we get busy with work, school, family, or plans? Or when summer rolls around and we just want to have fun yet we give up some things in order to make time for fun?
It's not that God doesn't want us to work, go to school, spend time with our family, plan for our future, or enjoy a carefree time in the summer. But, if the things we give up are spending time with God in prayer, reading His word or going to His house to worship, we need to rethink our priorities. I'm glad I'm still one of God's priorities no matter how busy He is with other things, how 'bout you?
